Weekly Options Recap: Streak Ends, But Masterclass Wins 4/4

This week marked the end of our 20-win streak as we wrapped up with two wins and two losses in the options room. While volatility picked up, our chart setups remain intact with three trades still in play. After a red-hot run of 20 straight wins, we finally cooled off this week — wrapping up with 2 wins and 2 losses. While not our strongest performance, we knew the streak wouldn’t last forever. The key? Staying disciplined, keeping risk in check, sticking to the process, and preparing for the next setup.

✅ This Week’s Winners:

• PLTR 5/23 $125 Puts → +40%

A clean breakdown through support with follow-through momentum. Textbook setup and execution but took some time.

• HOOD 5/23 $65 Calls → +40%

Caught the upside momentum early in the week and locked in profits before volatility returned.

❌ This Week’s Losers:

• NVDA 5/23 $140 Calls → 💀

This one we were a bit early (or late) and also had a few chances but never got the continuation on our contracts. Everytime the move was gathering - a headline came in. The stock held its own all week, but sellers stepped in hard off a Trump trade headline later in the week which put our contracts in the dirt.

• AAPL 5/23 $225 Calls → 💀

We saw the setup and expected continuation in this beaten down name, but the stock just can't escape the headlines and broad tech weakness after trade headlines killed the trade. It happens! Casualties and fallen soldiers along the way.

📂 Open Trades Carrying into Next Week:

• HOOD 5/30 $70 Calls → currently -60%, but we saw a +25% spike intraday. Still watching for a breakout setup to play out.

• TSLA 5/30 $400 Calls → -60%, choppy price action so far, but holding near key levels, nearly at entry but we have premium crush from headlines after entry.

• HIMS 5/30 $70 Calls → -90% 😤, blown out the water on this pick but daily technicals remain intact.

Despite the chop and headlines, all three open positions are still within their technical patterns and targets. The market is noisy — but the charts and patience speak louder.
